Ron Kaiser merge to create consulting powerhouse in the nation’s capital.
Washington, D.C.: Hoffman CFO Consulting proudly announces its new principal Ron Kaiser. Adding Kaiser brings together his 35 years of experience in public and private finance, accounting, and operations management, including serving as CFO, CEO, and Board Director, with the momentum of Hoffman CFO Consulting, an emerging player in financial leadership in the Washington, DC region. Known for their respective expertise with emerging and established technology companies, Hoffman and Kaiser also bring years of e-commerce, manufacturing, and government contracting experience to the combined venture.

Since 1981, Ron Kaiser has served as CFO during six Initial Public Offerings which raised over $400 million on initial valuations totaling over $1.7 Billion and as an executive officer or director during the development of over 15 Companies, including the sale of 11 companies for amounts totaling $2.5 Billion. Kaiser was recently awarded the Michael G. Devine Hall of Fame Award for his lifetime contributions to our regions’ technology business community at the 18th Annual NVTC Washington Technology CFO Awards.
Michelle Hoffman founded Hoffman CFO Consulting in 2007. Hoffman’s entrepreneurial acumen enabled her to grow the business and play an important role in the development of the District of Columbia’s technology community, providing CFO support services and strategic financial planning services for many of DCTech’s most visible small to midsize startups. The company also has a growing presence in the government contracting market.
Hoffman CFO Consulting will continue to be headquartered in Washington DC, providing all aspects of CFO strategic consulting, business and financial planning, custom accounting solutions, and financial reporting services, with concentrations in technology and government contracting.
